excellent and wonderful location, near a traditional water puppet theater. really close to hanoi old quarter, numerous restaurants and many bars. reasonably large rooms come with extremely comfy beds. a good choice of options, gorgeous food.

Our family loved staying here! The spacious room fit us perfectly, and the helpful staff even provided us with a crib for our little baby. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, a fantastic cultural experience.

My kids wished for soundproof rooms during nighttime.

A hidden gem in Hanoi

The rooftop bar was a good surprise, offering fine views over the city. Particularly at the front desk, were always ready to assist.

Our room could have used better cleaning. The carpet had some dust left behind. The noise from street activities and music was a bit disruptive, especially at night.

Even compared to my previous visits, this time the breakfast was amazing with so many delicious options. The staff, especially kim and liam, made everything super special!

The hotel was in the perfect spot for exploring local attractions like the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. Staff were attentive. The breakfast spread was superb, fueling us up for our adventures.

We did have an issue with outlet functionality in our room that caused some inconvenience .

Really good service and delicious breakfast

The breakfast buffet was impressively varied and delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Old Quarter, just a short walk from the lake and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I did experience some noise from the corridors during busy hours, which could be improved.

The breakfast was a lovely surprise with a great variety of tasty options, and I really appreciated the staff setting it up early for us. Relaxation opportunities included a sun terrace and rooftop pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

I stayed in the Junior Suite for 4 nights, and it was super comfy! The room was spacious, and I loved the little touches. Kim and Liam were awesome. The shower had great pressure too, a big plus. The only downside was some noise from the hallway during busy times, but it wasn't too bothersome.

Couple's Delight

The staff was great, especially Kim from guest relations. They welcomed us with open arms and even set up a special surprise for our anniversary. The breakfast was out of this world, lots of local dishes.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience.

Rex is situated in an excellent location just a street away from the lake. The staff here were really good, providing great service throughout my stay, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The beautiful sky bar was a highlight, awesome for enjoyable evenings with great views of the city below.

The hotel has a marvellous location, just a 10-15 minute walk from a majestic church. the rooms are compact and new-fashioned, offering great views and a shower plus a bath.

The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing with a variety of hot dishes, and the room had convenient amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV.
